Nepal Tea Collective is a B Corp-certified social enterprise led by second- and third-generation tea producers. We are working to connect tea farmers and conscious consumers through transparent trade, sustainable growth, and shared prosperity. Our mission is to redefine the Nepali tea industry by linking smallholder farmers to global markets while building more equitable supply chains. Tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world after water, yet most people rarely see where it comes from or how it is made.
Through our “Tea as a Service” (TaaS) model, we aim to close that gap by bringing people directly into the world of tea cultivation. Set in the hills of eastern Nepal, our tea tourism experiences invite visitors to stay on our family tea estate, learn the craft of making loose-leaf tea, and connect with the farmers and families behind every cup. Our estate, Kanchanjangha Tea Estate and Research Center (KTERC), became Nepal’s first certified organic tea estate in 1984, marking the beginning of our long-standing commitment to sustainability and impact.
By combining immersive travel with storytelling and transparency, we are creating a more conscious model of tourism, one that supports local livelihoods, celebrates generational craftsmanship, and shares the story of Nepali tea with the world.
